Hola readers!
While going through brutal pages of organic chemistry the other day, i came across a large variety of groups..Benzene derivatives, Nitrogen derivatives, Alkyles, Alkenes and what not...
One thing that intrigued me was how the members of one group were almost like Carbon copy of each other..maybe that's the reason they belong to a group.
Their creator .. The IUPAC..again a group.
Chemistry ..IUPAC's specialty..again a group of science subjects which specializes in environmental and substantial studies.
Now now..you must be wondering why I'm rocking the boat of Unity while dismantling IUPAC nomenclature..so let's get to the point..
Rising from an era of rebellious conflicts, disturbing wars and heavily unpredictable loyalties, the world of 21st century looks forward to a dawn of peace ,awakening of global unity and working hard to recognize the universe as a one big family!
When we look around us, we could see many success stories. Many MNCs which were once a daily sight on the roads in form of vendors...many software giants who started off a puny garage and Sporting giants..Thailand international for instance..gained their supremacy after a long period of struggle and hardwork.
Behind all these, we find a common link, that is the support and background they get from their family and friends. It's their spiprt of enthusiasm which prevails over the rivals' criticisms.
A woman may not be always a reason for a man's success but a small pack of friends, covering the individuals back faithfully, surely is!!
{A additional thought...And no offence to ladies there..Girls may have mastered the art of handling relationships but their is no competition to boys in terms of maintaining a friendship..#dedicated to girls of my last school}
Being a part of group is not always being physically together..but not losing faith i each other. Let it be a newly wed couple..A herd of wild animals or even a residential society. None can stand up to the mark of being called a group without eternal trust and never ending faith.But like most of the things..This is also easier said than done!
Biggest hurdle of unity is difference in thoughts, culture or even languages. Many organisations fall due to just these tiny factors.
The key to fence in and accommodate to these diversities is simply by respecting other's ideas, Enjoying their rich culture and adopting good values from everyone..after all every cloud has a silver lining.
Establishment of groups can take days..weeks..or even years. It may take time and bloody struggles but one should remember..after every hailstorm, there comes a rainbow.Another point to note is that every group member may have his/her own views which shouldn't be suppressed.
8+1 is 9 but 5+4 is also 9
One last thing..but not the least.
Be in a group to benefit the humanity..don't take the path of being a dominating bully on the playground..'coz their are even bigger and stronger studs out their to snap you back to reality!!
A hand best fought when made a fist ;)

P.S- Thanks for making me realise that i have a blog too :P. I had almost forgot about that for the sake of my website. Will be posting the final episode of the curse of the unknown soon.
